All pictures are made to order. Each piece is individually made and they might have slight variations in size, shape. If you see something you like but prefer it in another colour or a different size, please contact us.
We can personalise some of the pictures with required initials, names, dates, favourite poems or songs. Names of your children, place you have met, date she was born… Please refer to details of the picture. We are very flexible but there are certain limitation as to picture type and size. If you are not sure please contact us before you order.
delivery and shipping
All items are carefully packaged, wrapped in tissue paper and shipped in foam lined boxes or double sided high quality cardboard box.
Sorry, but we can’t do combined (discounted) shipping as every item is packaged and sent separately due to the fragile nature of the items. However if you are buying more then three items please contact us and we can work something out.
International customers are responsible for their own custom excise, if applicable.
All pictures contain glass and therefore cannot be insured within any company.
Breakage percentage : Small pictures – 0.1%, large – 0.5%. If by any means your item is damaged in transport I will send you replacement without any charge upon receipt of photographic evidence.
Usual dispatch time (before the item is sent, creation of your picture) – small pictures : 2- 5 days, large: 4-10 days. Custom orders may vary.
Shipping time within UK- 1-4 days. Interational – 3-6 days, depends on place where you live and size of the picture. Goods are shipped First Class Royal Mail in UK. International orders are shipped with UPS.
During busy period times may vary.
refund and returns
If an item is broken or damaged en route, please let us know immediately and certainly within two working days of receipt. We will try to work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
You DO NOT need to have a Paypal account to use the system to pay with a credit card or echeck. Paypal acts as the credit card processor for all orders.
Be sure to follow the link in your order through to the Paypal site to complete your transaction, your order is not complete until then. You will receive an email from Paypal confirming your payment has been made.
E-checks do take one week or more to clear through Paypal, so please allow plenty of time for this to happen before your order ships.
Payment is due at the time of your order, and must be received before I will ship out an item or begin to make your piece. If you do not pay for your order within two days, I reserve the right to cancel the sale. Please let us know if you are experiencing difficulties processing your payment- communication is greatly appreciated!
