HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ITEM? All returns must take place with in the first 14 days of receipt. Returns are only accepted via post, as we are an online shop you are unable to return items to a store. Once we have received your returned item we will email you to confirm refunds or exchanges. Exchanges and returns are not possible on any personalised item, unless the item is faulty. If an item is broken or damaged en route, please let us know immediately and within two working days of receipt. We will try to work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Please package up the goods you are returning safely, together with your name, order details and the reason for the return. We advise that you use a tracked or registered mail carrier service for the return, as it is your responsibility to deliver the goods back to sarahandbendrixkids. Please note we can not refund products that have been used, worn, damaged or altered in any way. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items when they do not meet the conditions set out above. If you require a refund, we will credit the purchaser’s card for the sum paid minus postage costs. Refunds will be made within 28 days of the date we receive your returned item(s). If you have received an item from sarah & bendrix KIDS, you must know your order number in order to apply for an exchange, so we can locate your order and facilitate the return or exchange. You can return your gift or exchange it for a different item at the same value or more provided you pay the difference. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
CAN I GET A DISCOUNT? If you are buying more then five item let us know prior ordering and we can discuss possible discount.
