SHIPPING + DELIVERY CHARGES
All orders - with the occasional exception - will be shipped within 1-4 business days. If your package is a gift and you would like to make arrangements to have it shipped earlier, please send us an email and we will prioritise the order. Arrival times vary by destination please see below or contact us for more details.
UK Standard Delivery - FREE/ from £0.90
UK Standard delivery to any UK address is FREE on orders over £75 and costs from £0.90 on orders below. Items are sent out by Royal Mail and will arrive within 1-3 working days, although this is not a guaranteed service.
UK Express Delivery - from £8.50
We offer an express delivery service for UK addresses only. All orders received before 12am will arrive before 1pm on the following working day. Please note that orders placed before 12am on Friday are only guaranteed for Monday and orders placed after 12am on Friday are only guaranteed to arrive on Tuesday. A signature will be required for this service, so if no-one is at the specified delivery address when the postman attempts delivery, a card will be posted through your door and the parcel will be returned to your local sorting office where it will be held up to 10 days.
We ship worldwide. International orders vary, but generally take longer to arrive, all framed pictures are sent with tracked UPS service which has a delivery of 2-5 days. Posters and cards by Royal Mail 7-20 days. If you need an item sooner please contact us via our email address: email@example.com
HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
All returns must take place with in the first 14 days of receipt. Returns are only accepted via post, as we are an online shop you are unable to return items to a store. Once we have received your returned item we will email you to confirm refunds or exchanges. Exchanges and returns are not possible on any personalised item.
If an item is broken or damaged en route, please let us know immediately and within two working days of receipt. We will try to work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
